We offer a large range of services from routine vaccinations and desexing through to cruciate repair.

Booking appointments

Consultations

Our veterinarians carry out a wide range of medical and pre-surgical assessments for companion animals.

Veterinary nurse appointments are available for suture removals, administering worming treatments, flea treatment applications, expressing anal sacs, nail clipping and weight management. These must be booked prior to arrival to ensure a veterinary nurse is available.

Our veterinary nurses also groom cats. These patients usually need to be admitted at 8 am as the groom takes place during the day. Sedation is usually required.

We do not groom dogs.

  • Consult (regular) $69

  • Evening Surcharge $10

  • Saturday Surcharge $10

  • Sunday Surcharge $15

  • Public Holiday Surcharge $25

  • No Show Fee $30

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, cash and direct credit. 1.5% surcharge for Visa & MasterCard transactions.

Our bank account number is 06-0773-0848644-26. Please include your Name and Client Number for reference. You are welcome to set up an automatic payment to accrue credit on your account for future vet bills.

Payment is required on the day of treatment / goods sold. We reserve the right to charge additional fees on unpaid accounts. Bad debtors will be listed with a debt collection agency.

Surgical services

Our veterinarians have an extensive range of skills that allow us to offer a wide variety of surgical services. These include routine desexings, wound stitch-ups, lump removals, dentals, exploratory laparotomies, radiographs, basic ultrasounds and biopsies. We have surgeons who perform luxating patella surgery and cranial cruciate ligament surgery.

Cattery

We board vaccinated cats. For long term stays, Christmas, and Easter holidays a deposit is required before the pet arrives for boarding. The vaccination status of your pet must be confirmed by our reception staff before the cat is presented for boarding if you are not a client. These must be booked in advance, especially over public and school holidays.

Drop Off and Pick Up times for our boarding facilities:

  • Monday to Friday - 9am to 4pm

  • Weekends - 9am to 1pm

  • No Pick Ups or Drop Offs on public holidays

 
 
 

 
 
 

Cat and kitten rehoming programme

We run a rehoming programme to give the opportunity for abandoned cats or kittens to find a forever home. If you are looking to find a kitten or an older cat, please call reception to see if we have any pets for adoption.
