repeat prescriptions
If your pet needs a repeat prescription please call us on (04) 528 5927 and leave a message on our repeat prescription line, or send us an email. It may take 24 hours or longer to get your medication ready. Please note that we are legally obliged to see your pet at least every 6 months for repeat medications.

Our cattery and kennel provides you peace of mind while you are away. Pets will need to be up to date with their annual vaccinations.

Our friendly team of veterinarians, veterinary nurses and receptionists all love animals and strive to continually maintain and improve our practice standards.
We are continually improving our skills to stay up to date with diagnostic, medical and surgical procedures. Our veterinarians and veterinary nurses attend regular conferences, workshops, staff meetings and in-house training courses to keep up to date with current research. On occasion our patients need to be referred to specialists, and in these situations we will give advice and offer the option of seeking the best specialist for your pet’s ailment.
Our clinic facilities include two consult rooms, a fully equipped hospital and sterile surgery. We have separate cat and dog wards, an isolation room for contagious patients, a cattery and dog kennels, along with a dog exercise lawn.
